As a child, Aaron loved shadowing his father on job sites, soaking in the intricacies of the trade. After completing two years at a technical school, Aaron immediately stepped into the construction industry, where he began honing his craft.
In addition to his hands-on experience, Aaron took an unexpected but valuable career detour, working as an Account Manager and Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company. This role gave him a deep understanding of business operations, the importance of building trusted customer relationships, and the value of professionalism, efficiency, and effective management.
Driven by his lifelong passion for construction, Aaron channeled his knowledge and experience into founding Xpress Construction & Services in 2018. Since then, he has been helping homeowners bring their visions to life through high-quality home improvement projects.
