Aaron Byler is a dependable and honest man, who prides himself on the quality of his work, no matter if the job is big or small. His attention to detail, respect for his customers, dedication to offering exceptional services, and improving peoples’ homes and lives are extremely important values to him.

Aaron began forming his love for the construction industry at a young age. His father was a heavy machine operator for concrete companies, and Aaron loved to be his shadow on jobs and learn all the ins and outs of the field. Aaron began working in the construction industry right out of college, after going to a technical school for 2 years.

Shortly after, a job opportunity opened up for him at a manufacturing company, to become an Account Manager as well as work in Customer Service. While this was very different from what he had planned for himself, he accepted the job and gained a lot of meaningful experience. That experience has helped Aaron understand the ins and outs of business technicalities, the importance of building trustworthy relationships with customers, effective management strategies, efficiency, and professionalism.

However, gaining all of this knowledge, and knowing that his true passion is in the construction industry, made Aaron’s drive to own and operate his own business even stronger. So, Aaron started Xpress Construction & Services in 2018 and has been helping people with home improvement projects ever since.
